Ben is happy to listen all about how much your back hurts. And your shoulders. And that really bad spot on your neck, right at the base of the skull that’s been giving you this wicked headache. He knows how to help.
He graduated from massage school as an all-A student and began his practice in 2012, while seeking out mentors on the job.
After taking specialized training in Deep Tissue Massage, Ben decided to move to Austin, where he took further anatomy training through local college. While there he began studying Thai Massage with the teacher Robert Gardner, a style
where the client is clothed, basically involving movement, stretching and compressions. Ben has been incorporating concepts of both this style and Trigger Point therapy into his regular massage work for the majority of his career.
Ben has experience working with:
Nurses, Desk Jockeys, former marathoners, Dental professionals, weight-lifters, Seniors, Crossfitters, musicians, gardening enthusiasts, Moms and Dads(and other child-wranglers), people who do a lot, or did a lot for a long time.
And particularly with these troubles:
Sore necks, That thing when you wake up and turning your head hurts(torticollis), Headaches, Whiplash, Allergy/sinus trouble, That shoulder pain that’s right there in the middle and just won’t seem to go away, Pain in the wrists and forearms, Carpal Tunnel, Low back pain, Sciatica, Workout recovery, Knee pain with or without surgery, Movement restrictions, Really tight calves and the cramping that wakes you up at night, Scoliosis, and Some success with insomnia.
