I grew up watching the people around me in pain. My mom and grandmother had arthritis and my father has had multiple back surgeries. When I became older not only did I start struggling with back pain but also stress, anxiety, and depression, and the body pain that comes along with a brain stuck in turbo drive.

Somehow on my journey through school, I found massage therapy. It has opened up a whole new world of healing and wellness I had never known about. I believe health and wellness come in many different shapes and sizes. While I do not believe there is a panacea for all ailments, I do believe massage therapy plays a key role in maintaining a sound body, mind, and soul.

With an intentional touch, I like to create a space for my clients to put their racing minds at ease and be still.
