I started my massage career nearly 8 years ago to help others. Going into it, I hadn’t imagined how much I would also be helping myself. I have found that in helping others heal, relax, and release stress, also allows me to find a place where I find peace and stillness. Feeling a tight muscle finally release, lets me know that I am making a real change in someone’s life. I believe that every massage should make positive change in the body, beyond feeling good. So, I am naturally drawn to modalities that align with that goal. Stretching, trigger points, and deep tissue are my favorites.
