I have always been fascinated with massage and its ability to aid in the healing process. Before going to school, I had been drawn to doing my own version of trigger point therapy on family, friends, and whomever else I could get my hands on for years — self taught from whatever resources I could find. I seemed to have a natural skill for it, and after some encouragement from my loved ones, I attended The College of Healthcare Professions’ 680 hour massage program, and instantly fell in love with all of massage therapy; from the vast amount of knowledge to pursue, to the feeling of aiding in the healing process.

I currently offer trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, aromatherapy, and hot stone massage, and am always looking to broaden my horizons. I am currently pursuing training in acupressure, cupping, and lymphatic drainage.
