Follow these instructions carefully to request your appointment below:
- Select the type of appointment you would like to book (required)
- Select the therapist you would like to book with (optional)
- Select the week you would like to view available appointments (required)
- Click the Search button.
- Select a time from the available list
- Follow the prompts to login or create an account — please note: if you needed to create an account, then you will need to go back and submit your appointment request again. (We know — computers are weird.)
- Can’t find anything that fits your schedule? Please contact us to be added to our waitlist! Appointments open up all the time and maybe your requested time will open up, too!
To request a couple’s massage:
To book your couple’s session, simply follow the steps above and look for two therapists who are available at the same time. Be sure to submit TWO separate appointment requests: one for you with one therapist, and one for the person coming with you with the other therapist. Then please send us a message separately to let us know if you’d like to be in the same room or separate rooms.

Q: “Why do you need my credit card information?”
A: Because of our 24 hour cancellation policy, we require a credit or debit card to hold all reservations, even if you are planning on using a gift certificate at check-out. WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD AT THIS TIME. If you choose to pay with a different method when you’re checking out, such as cash, check, gift certificate, or a different card, you will always have that option. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Lateness Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the full-cost of the massage. Not confirming your appointment is not the same as cancelling your appointment, so please contact us directly.
The best way to notify us of a cancellation is by calling or texting Soma at 940-241-4490. Whenever possible, we attempt to email or text you automatically to remind you of your appointment, but this is just a courtesy. Remembering your session and showing up for it is your responsibility. Lateness: Lateness will result in a shorter session. The full fee will still be charged. If we are late, that session will be at a reduced rate. If we are significantly behind schedule (we try our very best to keep on time and this rarely happens!), you may reschedule the appointment and will receive a complimentary massage at your next session.
