Our 24 hour cancellation policy
We are a small business, the most popular place in town, and fill up fast! That's why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so we're counting on you to let us know in advance if you can't make your massage. In the event of a late cancel or no-show, then you are responsible for the full cost of your session. To cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by text at 940 241 4490, or email us at email@example.com. Please note that "not confirming" does not equal a cancellation. You must contact us either by calling, leaving a voice message, or texting us directly in order to cancel/change your appointment.
Getting called in to work last minute, a family emergency, or "something came up" may result in the cancellation fee being charged (depending on the cause, of course). We understand that things happen, and we don't want to add any extra stress to your already stressful life, so we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding in order to ensure that your therapist is still compensated for the time that they set aside to dedicate specifically to you.
However, with every rule, there's usually an exception -- and we know that germs spread fast at any time of year, so for everyone's safety, we want you to stay home if you're sick! We will be glad to waive our cancellation fee if you let us know ASAP that you're not feeling well. Trying to stave it off with over the counter meds or herbal teas, "hoping I'd feel better by now" and then calling last minute WILL result in a cancellation fee.But if you wake up, know you can't make it in, and call or text right away, we'll be glad to cancel that appointment and waive the fee for you. (Believe me, we don't want your germs either!)
Once you're feeling better, let us know! Massage is GREAT for boosting the immune system and getting rid of all those toxins that built up in your body when you were sick!
We do send out automated reminders by email or text (or both) depending on your preference, so you'll get a reminder the day before your massage. However, technology isn't always 100% reliable so it is ultimately your responsibility to write down your appointment in your calendar and contact us if you need to cancel or reschedule!
